We can also bind to certain properties of window, such as scrollY:

The list of properties you can bind to is as follows:

  • innerWidth
  • innerHeight
  • outerWidth
  • outerHeight
  • scrollX
  • scrollY
  • online — an alias for window.navigator.onLine

All except scrollX and scrollY are readonly.
